This policy explains what data Apa (operated by Mia Tech Partners) collects when you use the Apa service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@miatechpartners.com.
What we collect
- Account data: email, hashed password, name (if you sign up with email and password), and Telegram identity (user ID, username, first/last name, profile photo URL) if you sign in with Telegram.
- Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card and payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Usage data: a record of model calls Apa makes on your behalf, including timestamps, model name, token counts, and cost. Short previews of message and response text are retained for billing dispute and abuse review.
- Integration data: OAuth tokens for tools you connect (Gmail, HubSpot, Notion, etc.) are stored inside your private Apa sandbox by Composio. Content read or written by those integrations stays in your sandbox; Apa does not pool it across users.
- Operational data: server logs, error reports (including IP address and user-agent), and Sentry exception records used to debug and operate the service.
How we use it
- To run your Apa agent and route your Telegram messages to it.
- To bill you for your subscription and per-request model usage.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and platform misuse.
- To improve reliability and respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your message content to train third-party models on your behalf.
Sub-processors we share data with
- Stripe — billing and payment processing.
- Composio — managing OAuth connections to the third- party tools you choose to connect.
- Fly.io — running your per-user agent machine.
- Telegram — delivering messages between you and your Apa agent.
- Railway — hosting our application servers and database.
- Sentry — capturing application errors so we can fix them.
- Cloudflare — bot protection on signup and login.
Retention
Account, billing, and usage records are retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, after which we delete or anonymize them, except where law requires longer retention (for example tax records). You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@miatechpartners.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard.
